Redskins Come up Short Against Oak Harbor

Rockets Grab Win #16

PORT CLINTON  - A Saturday afternoon Sandusky Bay Conference Bay Division tilt between rivals Oak Harbor and Port Clinton saw the visiting Rockets earn their 16th win of the season.

Oak Harbor outscored the Redskins 28-15 in the second half as Logan Harris led the team with 13 points as the Rockets won 50-32.

Oak Harbor (16-4, 8-3 SBC Bay) led 11-4 after one quarter, but Port Clinton fought back to cut the lead to 22-17 at the half.

The Redskins were led by Delayna Laurel's ten points while Hannah Paeth added six.

Port Clinton falls to 5-16 (3-8 SBC Bay) and will close its regular season on Thursday at Margaretta.

The Rockets will be on the road Tuesday for a non-conference contest against Elmwood.
